For Honor | Key Art

Client : Ubisoft
Project : For Honor
In collaboration with KWM

______
I'm finally sharing a few Key Art projects for "For Honor" series. It's a part of their 2024 rebrand and Season 8 anouncement.

I had the pleasure of handling the look development, posing, lighting, and rendering of all the characters and swords, including the characters’ reflections in the blades, under the art direction of the incredibly talented David Borba and Math Grenier.
.
The character poses were based on concept art created by the 2D team and adjusted throughout the process. The renders were delivered with all the necessary passes and masks, allowing the 2D team to seamlessly integrate and further refine them for the final image.

Honoured to have had the opportunity to contribute to such an iconic Ubisoft project.
Big thanks to the KWM team for a fantastic collaboration, and a huge thank you to my friends at VOLTA for being part of this journey!!

Look development of the knight. I adjusted the colors, added imperfections and volume, replaced the alpha-masked chainmail texture with geometry, and enhanced the overall quality for high-resolution display.
